Exemptions for essential work are not considered clearance to be seen. However, a negative COVID test following the state 72 hour COVID guidelines and/or a negative COVID test result upon return are acceptable.
In Office Screening
Please note: Masks are required for all patients and their guests entering the waiting room. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out and sign a questionnaire regarding your health, exposures, and recent travel. Upon entrance to the back office, we will be taking your temperature.
Waiting Room
Please note: Masks are required for all patients and their guests entering the waiting room. We ask that you practice social distancing in the waiting room. To support this effort, we have reduced some of the chairs in the waiting room and provided you with options to wait outside or in your car.
Accompanying Visitors
We also ask that you limit your accompanying visitors to the practice. If you are not able to come alone, we ask that you bring no more than one person with you into the actual back office. All visitors to the back office will also be required to follow the same screening procedures.
Staff Screening
Just as we are screening our patients, we are also screening our staff. Temperatures are checked daily in all clinics and include all personnel including providers. In addition, we are taking extra precautions to any exposures that employees may have had and asking them to stay home if there is any doubts about their condition or exposure.
Sanitation
We are well stocked on sanitation supplies and use hospital grade disinfectant to routinely disinfect waiting rooms, door knobs, and patient rooms. We have hand sanitizers available throughout the practice, for patients and staff use.

We will continue to update our policies and to evolve our practice to provide more opportunities to access care during this crisis. We are currently working on virtual wait room and telemedicine as options that will becoming available in the near future.

Again, we thank you for your patronage and loyalty. We, in turn, give our unwavering commitment to serve you as safely as possible during this time.
